Daniel R. Feehan
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER |
Daniel R. Feehan joined Cash America in June of 1988 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, where he assisted the President in establishing financial strategic objectives, as well as operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of corporate objectives. Dan served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1990 until February 2000.
Dan currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and provides overall strategic and operational direction for the corporation, and works closely with the board of directors to develop policies and procedures regarding the overall direction of the business
In addition to serving on the board of directors for Cash America, Dan also serves on the board for companies such as AZZ incorporated, Calloway’s Nursery, Inc., RadioShack Corporation and Williamson Dickie Mfg. Co. Dan remains active in his community serving on charitable boards and has also led several fund raising efforts on behalf of United Way, the YMCA, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Dan is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor’s in accounting.

Thomas A. Bessant, Jr.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |
Thomas A. Bessant, Jr., joined Cash America in May 1993 as Vice President of
Finance and Treasurer, and was elected Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer in July 1997. The following year, Tom took on his current
role as Cash America’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,
where he is responsible for the public communication and reporting of the
financial results and performance of the Company, corporate finance strategy
and implementation, investor relations activities and other financial oversight
duties.
Prior to joining the company, Tom served in senior and executive management
roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Dallas, and in the Corporate Banking Division
of NCNB Texas, N.A.
He is active in his community, serving on the board of the Fort Worth chapter of
the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) for seven years, as well as
Fort Worth Sister Cities and Shakespeare Festival of Dallas.
A graduate from Texas Tech University, Tom holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration in finance and accounting, as well as a Master of Business
Administration in finance from Vanderbilt University.

David A. Fisher
CEO OF E-COMMERCE DIVISION AND CEO OF ENOVA FINANCIAL |
David A. Fisher was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the E-Commerce Division of the Company on January 29, 2013.
Prior to joining the Company, David was Chief Executive Officer of optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. (“optionsXpress”) from October 2007 until The Charles Schwab Corporation acquired the business in September 2011. Following the acquisition, David served as President of optionsXpress until March 2012. David also served as the President of optionsXpress from March 2007 to October 2007 and as the Chief Financial Officer of optionsXpress from August 2004 to March 2007.
Prior to joining optionsXpress, David served as Chief Financial Officer of Potbelly Sandwich Works from February 2001 to July 2004, and before that in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for Prism Financial Corporation. In addition, David has served on the Board of Directors of InnerWorkings, Inc., since November 2011 and has served on the Board of Directors of GrubHub, Inc., a venture-backed company, since May 2012. David also served on the Board of Directors of optionsXpress from October 2007 until September 2011 and CBOE Holdings, Inc. from January 2007 until October 2011.
David received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

J. Curtis Linscott
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL
AND CORPORATE SECRETARY |
J. Curtis Linscott became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary for Cash America in May 2006, where he currently oversees
all legal functions of the company. Curtis joined the company in 1995, serving
as Director—Associate General Counsel. He served as Vice President—Associate
General Counsel from June 1997 to June 2005, at which time he took on the role
of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Before joining the company, Curtis was in private law practice with Kelly, Hart
& Hallman, P.C., in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a bachelor’s in marketing
from Kansas State University, and his law degree from the University of Kansas,
School of Law.
Curtis is the former president of the Camp Carter YMCA board of directors in
Fort Worth, Texas, and volunteers at the First United Methodist Church of
Arlington and the Arlington YMCA.

Dennis J. Weese
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF RETAIL SERVICES DIVISION |
Dennis J. Weese joined the Cash America team in September 2007 to serve as
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Retail Services and
oversee Cash America’s store-front pawn operations and lending services. In July
2008, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer for the retail
division.
Prior to joining the company, Dennis held various leadership positions with
companies such as PepsiCo, Limited and most recently, Brinker International.
An active member of the community, Dennis recently completed two years on the Leadership Council for Harris Methodist Hospital of Fort Worth, serving as chair in his second year. Currently, Dennis serves as a board member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and an executive council member for the Armed Forces Bowl.
Dennis attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a bachelor’s in economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
