PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
T. Brent Stuart is Cash America’s President and Chief Executive Officer since November 1, 2015 and served as the Company’s Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer of the Company from January 28, 2015 through May 1, 2015.
Prior to that, Mr. Stuart served as the Senior Vice President – Operations for the Company’s U.S. retail services storefront lending business from July 2010 to January 2015 and as a Regional Vice President from November 2008 to July 2010.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stuart held various senior leadership roles in the financial services industry, including the position of Vice President with Fremont Investment and Loan from 2006 to 2008, Senior Vice President with Nationstar Mortgage from 2004 to 2006 and Vice President with Novastar Finanical, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. He also held various leadership positions with CitiFinancial from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Stuart started his career in financial services with Norwest Finance in May 1992. Mr. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Southeast Missouri State University.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Thomas A. Bessant, Jr., joined Cash America in May 1993 as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and was elected Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer in July 1997. The following year, Tom took on his current role as the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for the public communication and reporting of the financial results and performance of the company, corporate finance strategy and implementation, investor relations activities and other financial oversight duties.
Prior to joining the company, Tom served in senior and executive management roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Dallas, and in the Corporate Banking Division of NCNB Texas, N.A.
Tom is active in his community, serving on the board of the Fort Worth chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) for seven years, as well as Fort Worth Sister Cities and Shakespeare Festival of Dallas.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting from Texas Tech University, as well as a Master of Business Administration in finance from Vanderbilt University.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Clint D. Jaynes has been the Company’s Executive Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer since November 1, 2015 and has been with the Company since May 2006. Mr. Jaynes has held the positions of Senior Vice President – Human Resources with the Company from February 2009 through October 2015 and Vice President – Field Human Resources with the Company from May 2006 through January 2009.
Prior to Joining the Company, from 1988 through 2006, Mr. Jaynes held various roles of increasing responsibility with FedEx Kinko’s Office & Print Services, Michaels Stores, Inc., PepsiCo, Inc./YUM! Brands, Inc., the Bombay Company, Albertson’s Food and Drug and Pier 1 Imports, Inc.
Mr. Jaynes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication/HR Management from Baylor University.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL
AND CORPORATE SECRETARY
J. Curtis Linscott became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Cash America in May 2006, where he currently oversees all legal functions of the company. Curtis joined the company in 1995, serving as Director—Associate General Counsel. He served as Vice President—Associate General Counsel from June 1997 to June 2005, at which time he took on the role of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Before joining the company, Curtis was in private law practice with Kelly, Hart & Hallman, P.C., in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a bachelor’s in marketing from Kansas State University and his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.
Curtis is the former president of the Camp Carter YMCA board of directors in Fort Worth, Texas, and volunteers at the First United Methodist Church of Arlington and the Arlington YMCA.

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF MARKETING AND TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Victor L. Pepe joined Cash America in April 2014. Prior to Cash America, Mr. Pepe was employed by Nationstar Mortgage, a leading residential mortgage services company, where he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, from July 2012 through April 2014, and Senior Vice President of Origination Technology, from February 2012 through July 2012, and was in charge of overseeing all of its information technology systems.
Prior to that, Mr. Pepe was a Managing Director at JPMorganChase & Co., from March 2008 through February 2012, where he had various leadership responsibilities in the mortgage banking sector, which ranged from overseeing the company’s loan default technology to overseeing all of the company’s residential loan originations technology, and lead a team of over 1,100 professionals in 29 cities and in three countries.
Prior to that, Mr. Pepe was the Senior Managing Director – Chief Information Officer, from October 2006 through March of 2008, of EMC Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Bear Stearns & Co.
