Daniel R. Feehan
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER |
Daniel R. Feehan joined Cash America in June of 1988 as Executive Vice President
of Finance and Administration, where he assisted the President in establishing
financial strategic objectives, as well as operating policies and procedures to
ensure attainment of corporate objectives. Dan served as the company’s
President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1990 until February 2000.
Dan currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company and
provides overall strategic and operational direction for the corporation, and
works closely with the board of directors to develop policies and procedures
regarding the overall direction of the business.
An active member of the community, Dan serves on the board of directors for
RadioShack Corporation, Williamson-Dickie Mfg. Co. and Cash America
International, as well as the non-profit organizations of Lena Pope Home and
the Fort Worth Police & Firefighters Memorial.
Dan is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a bachelor’s in
accounting.

Thomas A. Bessant, Jr.
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER |
Thomas A. Bessant, Jr., joined Cash America in May 1993 as Vice President of
Finance and Treasurer, and was elected Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer in July 1997. The following year, Tom took on his current
role as Cash America’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,
where he is responsible for the public communication and reporting of the
financial results and performance of the Company, corporate finance strategy
and implementation, investor relations activities and other financial oversight
duties.
Prior to joining the company, Tom served in senior and executive management
roles at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Dallas, and in the Corporate Banking Division
of NCNB Texas, N.A.
He is active in his community, serving on the board of the Fort Worth chapter of
the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) for seven years, as well as
Fort Worth Sister Cities and Shakespeare Festival of Dallas.
A graduate from Texas Tech University, Tom holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration in finance and accounting, as well as a Master of Business
Administration in finance from Vanderbilt University.

Timothy Ho
PRESIDENT OF ENOVA FINANCIAL |
Timothy Ho was named President of Cash America’s Internet Services Division—now known as Enova Financial—on October 1, 2008. In this leadership role, Tim oversees the Internet-based lending services of CashNetUSA, QuickQuid and Dollars Direct in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada, respectively, as well as other Web-based initiatives for the company.
Tim joined CashNetUSA in January 2006 as Director of Process Development. In September of that year, he joined Cash America to serve as Vice President of Business Development following Cash America International’s acquisition of CashNetUSA. In 2008, Tim was promoted to Senior Vice President of Strategic Development overseeing strategic initiatives, product management, marketing, and analytics for CashNetUSA.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, and previously worked in program management for GE Healthcare in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
An advocate for disadvantaged youth and adults in his community, Tim co-founded the Enova Financial Scholarship Program in 2010 in conjunction with the Illinois Education Foundation. This program provides financial assistance and academic support to persons pursuing degrees at community colleges. In addition, Tim was recently appointed to the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Chicago. This board appointment complements the on-site mentoring program that Enova hosts for BBBS.

J. Curtis Linscott
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL COUNSEL
AND CORPORATE SECRETARY |
J. Curtis Linscott became Executive Vice President, General Counsel and
Corporate Secretary for Cash America in May 2006, where he currently oversees
all legal functions of the company. Curtis joined the company in 1995, serving
as Director—Associate General Counsel. He served as Vice President—Associate
General Counsel from June 1997 to June 2005, at which time he took on the role
of Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Before joining the company, Curtis was in private law practice with Kelly, Hart
& Hallman, P.C., in Fort Worth, Texas. He received a bachelor’s in marketing
from Kansas State University, and his law degree from the University of Kansas,
School of Law.
Curtis is the former president of the Camp Carter YMCA board of directors in
Fort Worth, Texas, and volunteers at the First United Methodist Church of
Arlington and the Arlington YMCA.

Dennis J. Weese
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF RETAIL SERVICES DIVISION |
Dennis J. Weese joined the Cash America team in September 2007 to serve as
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Retail Services and
oversee Cash America’s store-front pawn operations and lending services. In July
2008, he was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer for the retail
division.
Prior to joining the company, Dennis held various leadership positions with
companies such as PepsiCo, Limited and most recently, Brinker International.
An active member of the community, Dennis serves on the Leadership Council for Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital and coaches youth soccer. Dennis attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he received a bachelor’s in economics, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.
