Cash America prides itself on outstanding customer service. We are committed to continually educating our coworkers to ensure a consistent customer experience in all our stores.
Each year, more than 300 shop coworkers attend Cash America University (CAU). The program is taught by our award-winning Learning and Development team. This year the Team received the
Learning Elite Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine and the Learning!
100 Award from eLearning! Media Group.
Every day coworkers see a range of products in our shops. They might evaluate a high-end piece of jewelry with one customer and a lawnmower with the next. Cash America also provides several financial services to our customers, including pawn loans, cash advances, auto equity loans, prepaid debit cards and more. At CAU we provide coworkers with the tools to handle as many scenarios as possible.
