Reports To:  Manager - Management Reporting

Position Summary

This high-visibility position will participate in the Management Reporting function whose main deliverables include data and reports governance, hierarchy maintenance and Hyperion Application support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four year degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting, MBA or MIS a plus.
• At least 8 years of progressive financial systems/reporting/analysis experience
• Proven analytical, reporting, and process improvement experience
• Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial documents
• Detailed knowledge of the accounting cycle and processes
• Accomplished in the use of MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Accomplished in the use of Hyperion or Other BI OLAP technologies
• Hyperion FR and IR experience a plus
• Good Organization and planning skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Financial services industry experience a plus
• Experience working with rapidly growing organizations a plus

Principal Accountabilities

• Business decision support
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis (complex requirements)
• Support Financial Systems implementation efforts
• Support Data and Reports Governance Activities
• Administer/maintain external reporting consolidations application
• Assist with the implementation/development of a portal and enhanced BI tools
• Support the growing reporting accountability to the business
• Manage requirements and the design of Financial and Management reports
