Lowest price guarantee. Guarantee applies to tax filing fees only. If a competitor’s written offer for the same services is lower, Cash America will match it. Present the competitor’s written offer when you come in to request tax filing assistance with Cash America. Largest Refund/Lowest Liability Guarantee. If a competitor prepares your taxes resulting in a larger tax refund (or smaller tax liability), we will refund any fees you paid us and arrange for an amended return to be prepared and filed on your behalf to ensure you receive the larger refund (or smaller tax liability). To qualify for this guarantee, the larger refund or smaller tax liability must be based on the same data and tax year used to prepare your initial return and all positions taken on all returns must be in compliance with applicable law. To qualify for either guarantee, the competitor’s written offer must (1) describe the same services requested of Cash America, (2) list the fees charged for the services, and (3) the date of the written offer cannot be more than fourteen (14) days old. A competitor is any national company whose primary business is tax preparation and filing. Guarantee offer expires December 31, 2012. Guarantee cannot be combined with any other offer.
