Kansas City is the largest city in the state of Missouri and home to 11 Cash America stores.

If you’re not familiar with Kansas City, let me share with you a few historical highlights and local attractions. For starters, we’re nationally famous for our barbecue. In fact, one of our most well-known restaurants, Arthur Bryant’s, was called “the single best restaurant in the world” by renowned author Calvin Trillin.

We also have a rich jazz and blues culture. KC is often referred to as one of the most popular “cradles of jazz” for its role in the transition from big band music to improvisational Bebop in the 1930s.  

And, of course, we have professional sports teams, museums and we were listed as a Top Budget Travel Destination for 2012 by Budget Travel magazine. So, check out Kansas City and, of course, Cash America, while you’re here.  You’re sure to find great food, great people and great deals!

Cash America has eight locations in Kansas City with additional stores in Independence, Gladstone and Raytown. And we were awarded a “Neighborhood Improvement Award” from the City for the remodeling efforts we’re making in our stores.
